These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bay88 ("bay88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bay88 website at bay88.bar and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered on the platform (collectively, the "Services").

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

bay88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your bay88 wallet balance and may only be used to participate in the Services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bay88 reserves the right to modify the minimum and maximum deposit amounts at any time with or without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical limitations of the payment provider. bay88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Processing times for other methods may vary. bay88 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the payment provider or third-party banking systems.

bay88 is not a bank and does not pay interest on player balances. Player funds are held separately from bay88's operational funds. bay88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bay88 may request additional verification and/or hold the relevant funds pending investigation.

bay88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your bay88 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

All sports bets placed on bay88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bay88's decision is final. bay88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been affected by match-fixing, corrupt conduct, or any other irregularity that undermines the integrity of the event.

• Abusing bay88's customer support team, including using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward support staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bay88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, even if bay88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss. bay88's total liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your bay88 account at the time the claim arises.

bay88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. While bay88 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime and security, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events is possible and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

bay88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) bay88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform; (c) the account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21; (d) bay88 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; or (e) bay88 determines, in its sole discretion, that closing the account is in the best interests of the account holder in the context of responsible gaming.

You may close your bay88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. bay88 will process such refunds within a reasonable timeframe following verification of your identity and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

bay88 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bay88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
